College Student Contest - You Could be a Winner!

Do you ever have moments when you take a step back, look at what you were doing, and think, "Wow, only a college student would do this"? If so, then you are in good company. Upon returning home on break and spending time interacting again with non-students, I began to realize what a unique time of life I exist in. So, as the holidays come to a close, I thought I'd end these blissful break days with a little contest recognizing the many interesting and amusing aspects of being in college.

Here is where you come in: send me your "you know you're a college student when..." and our panel of judges (four college students) will select the top ten submissions for a post on my blog. The winners will also get a small mystery prize!

Email the Northern Belle blog (labelledunord@gmail.com), comment on this post, or post on the Northern Belle Facebook page before next Monday, January 9. Help me compile a list! Here are some submissions I've already received to help spark your creativity:

You know you're a college student when...

1. You actually consider using Homemade Laundry Detergent recipes so you don't have to buy it.
2. You carry around a mini stapler in your coat pocket. 
3. You feel like you're being unproductive on Christmas break because you don't have homework.

Please note: 

• You do not have to be a college student to enter this contest, however having gone to college might help! 
• You may not make more than 5 submissions
• If you exceed 5 submissions, only the first 5 will be considered for the contest
• Please post only your own work
• Please be sure to use the format, "You know you're a college student when (your submissions)"
• Please include at least your first name in your message
• If you do not want your name posted on my blog, please let me know
• All submissions are due by Monday, January 9
